Kin, Kinsette
I Malthirlas Thurpen am forming a musical group to perform in small to grand events.
All are welcome except for one certain hobbit, but for this to be successful, the group will need to have a minimum of 8 players.
The songs sheet will be provided so you can reherse the songs with us, and music lessons will be provided by the kinship minstrels as needed.
Think of it, an other means to get our Banded merry brothers and sisters known throughout middle earth, by playing in inns all around the world, organizing festivals with other musical groups, lots of fun... and free ALE!!!!
Above are some names proposition to be voted on.

You will need to have a minstrel give you the skill to play one instrument
for the files I will be converting in multiparts I will try to keep the following instruments so it is uniform
Lute
Harp
Theorbo
Flute
Bagpipe
Pibgorn
Drums
Files will be loaded to this thread.
The player will also need the Songbook-0.92.zip (128.84 KB)<= click on the link
Instructions for the plugin
1-In your C:\Users\....\Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online create a folder called Plugins (make sure the P is caps)
2-Unzip the zip file directly into that folder (if you unzip it somewhere else, only move the content of the folder that was created which should be a folder called Chiran and a file called lotroplugin)
3-in your C:\Users\....\Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online if you do not have a folder named Music create it. Caps on the M
4-All the music files that we provide must go in C:\Users\....\Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\Music
5-Use the Songbook HTLM executable found in C:\Users\Emmanuel\Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\Plugins\Chiran that will build up your song list. Each time you add a new song file, you will need to run that application.
6-In Game type /plugins Refresh
7-In game type /plugins List
8-In game type /plugins load Songbook (mind the cap for Songbook) You must type this each time you enter the game to activate the plugin
9-In game type /Songbook show
10- in the option of the window that now appears, you can select that the windows shows up each time you will load the plugin.
11-You can bind the music action key in the key-binding options, just search for music. This will enable you to use a key-command instead of having to type /music play
12- When a song is selected by a member in party you can select the instrument part that is relevant to the instrument you are playing, this is why I wish to keep the instrument uniform it will be easier to have all the parts cover, else someone might be playing the same part with an other instrument and leave one of the parts uncovered.
It seems complicated but it really isn't
Here is the first song I have converted as a multipart song with the instrument I listed above.
wakemeup.abc (33.48 KB)<= click on the link
If there are more than 8 players, that's fine we can see to add other instruments to play similar parts or have multiple people play the same instruments enhancing that part.
I hope to see many of you interested in this
